How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is based on location to warehouses and will be calculated at time of checkout. Some items will have Free shipping.
Where do we ship?
We ship to the lower 48. Some restrictions may apply.
How long does it take to ship and get tracking number for my items?
We strive to offer the fastest response possible but please allow us 4 to 7 business days most are available within 3 business days.
Who do you ship through?
We primarily ship through USPS but we do occasionally ship through Fedex and UPS.
When should I expect my package?
Packages typically arrive within 7-14 business days.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

How do I return an item?
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PROOF OF PURCHASE. Please include Proof of Purchase with your return when you send it back or your return will not be processed.
If you have a problem with the product please contact us first so we may have a chance to make it right. If you have questions about your product contact us and we will help you in any way we can.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: All defective returns require a return merchandise authorization number. Contact our office for an RMA#, which must be put on the outside of the box. Any returns sent to our warehouse without an RMA # will be refused. The cost to ship the defective product back will be paid by the customer.
We work with many suppliers to keep all cost as low as possible. Returns may vary based on the suppliers requirements please notify us immediately upon arrival is it is a damaged, missing, or wrong product within 3 business days.
Food and water products cannot be returned to be resold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products cannot be issued.
