Holosun

HOLOSUN® Limited Lifetime Warranty


Your Holosun product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship with the Holosun Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty applies to the first owner upon registration of the product. This warranty specifically applies to the metal structure of the product housing and does not apply to the optical and illumination systems. The optical glass is covered by a 5 year warranty. The illumination system including electronics and LED is covered by a 3 year warranty. Included batteries are not covered under warranty. In the event of a confirmed defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product with a Holosun product of similar type/function, and of equal or greater value. Holosun reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if the warrantied model in question is no longer in production. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, etc.; (b) asserted defects caused by modification including; aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, acts of Nature; and (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Holosun. Holosun may restrict warranty service for our products to the country from which Holosun or its authorized dealers originally sold the Holosun product. For warranty claims outside the United States, the costs of shipping or transporting the product (including to and from Holosun or our dealer), any insurance or any fees, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will not be covered by this warranty.

Riton Optics

The quality of our products makes this the best warranty you’ll likely never have to use; however, as hunters and outdoorsmen and women, we know that bad things sometimes happen to even the most cautious.

Our warranty is simple:

  • No proof of purchase or registration required for your Riton products.
  • Lifetime warranty regardless of original purchaser.
  • All warranty replacements will receive a brand-new product off the shelf. We will not ever replace the product with a repaired or refurbished product.
  • Replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving and approving your return.

*Loss, theft and/or deliberately worn and damaged products are not covered. Warranty is VOID if damage results from unauthorized repair or alteration.

 

ATN Corp

All ATN Corp products have a varying type of warranty and is listed in the description. All ATN Corp Products Must be registered with ATN.

 

 

DDT Corp

All DDT items are covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Any defects or issues related to workmanship or materials will be covered. Intentional damage or regular wear and tear is not covered.

 Axon Optics

 

WHAT IS COVERED: Replacement parts and labor.

 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Shipping charges to Axeon Optic Solutions for defective product and damages caused by abuse or failure to perform normal maintenance as well as any other expense. Consequential damages, or incidental expenses, including damage to property. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

 

WARRANTY CLAIMS: Warranty Claims and Repair for U.S. and Canadian customers only. Call Axeon Optic Solutions (479)-646-4210 and ask for the Service Department. If it is determined a return is necessary, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Write this number boldly on the box and return the product prepaid to Axeon Optic Solutions (Canadian customers will be provided with the address of an authorized Canadian Repair Facility). Your name, address, phone number and a note explaining the defect found must be included in the package. A copy of the original dated cash register receipt must accompany the return. U.S. customers, include a check made to Axeon Optic Solutions in the amount provided by Axeon’s service department to cover shipping and handling.

 

IMPLIED WARRANTIES: Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the life of the optic. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TO THE EXTENT ANY PROVISION OF THIS WARRANTY IS PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE, OR MUNICIPAL LAW; WHICH CANNOT BE PREEMPTED, IT SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
